AFAIK these are the only known bugs:

no climbing and monkey-swinging in karnak.wad and city.wad, SAS-MIP in city.wad does not move.

The game crashes if you set the camera coordinates (in script.txt/script.dat) to something that does not exist, look at the manual to see how to change the initial camera position (F1).

Im not sure what you mean by SAS-MIP but I'll look in the maual. But I think you should try the monkey swing in the Settomb wad and tell me what you get. I get Lara ice skating across the cieling

Yeah, and have you tried making her swim in the Seth Tomb? It's pretty bizarre.

mmm...from a programmers point of view, that would mean that Lara's behavior... er...animations (and probably others too) are actually defined in the WAD files

Not exactly...it's more of a hardcoded thing and I mentioned in another response that I was surprised to learn of these 'glitches' which, BTW aren't really bugs or corrupt WADS, but more like 'limitations'. The WADS still work, right? You just can't use every last option. If you go back and play TR4 you will realize that Lara didn't have every move in every level...nor were there a huge variety of enemies in every level...we tried to add a few things to give you more variety in each WAD, but didn't get the word that some animations had been removed to save memory space...so, I'm looking into getting this remedied, but in the meantime, WORK AROUND IT. Cleopatra's Palaces, Catacombs and Tut1 each have all the options available. Karnak and City lack the climbing wall. City, Tomb of Seth and Coastal lack the Monkey Swing. I'm looking into the water problem in Seth...that's news to me.
